yoga for disordered eating and body image
Because you're worthy of all you desire in life, exactly as you are.
Because there is nothing about you--body mind or soul--that you need to change, fix, or control.
Because diet culture has no place in your self-care.

What if we fed and moved our bodies like we trusted them?
What if we fed and moved our bodies like we cared about them?
What if we fed and moved our bodies like we loved them?
Around 8% of the entire world's population struggles with disordered eating and body image. Around 22% of children & adolescents worldwide struggle with disordered eating and body image. Eating disorders are the second deadliest mental illness of all time. And these numbers are only growing...exponentially. With diet culture's takeover of the media, wellness industry, even healthcare & medicine, our unhealthy obsession with food & weight has become completely normalized -- even encouraged, all in the name of our "health". As a result, far too many of us are left feeling lost, scared, anxious, out-of-control, disconnected, lonely, and unworthy of love & belonging. And far too many of us are resorting to harmful measures to make those feelings go away.

If you resonate with this, I want you to know that you are not alone. And that it doesn't have to be like this --recovery is possible. Freedom is possible. How do I know?

Because I am the living, breathing embodiment of that possibility, and the hope I have for you to heal and find freedom in your relationship with your body and food.

I'm on your team -- so let's work together.
Love, Cami
