Cami Codell, E-RYT became a certified Kripalu yoga teacher in 2017 and specializes in trauma-informed therapeutic yoga for pregnancy/postpartum, children/families, and those struggling with disordered eating/body image. She has taught & trained in various settings in North America, Europe, & Asia, including studios, schools, outpatient and residential psychiatric treatment, senior care facilities, and more. Cami’s aim is to lovingly support people’s total well-being using the practice of yoga, starting with our youngest generation.

This monthly workshop features playful yoga, dance, song, and family-friendly meditations supportive of early childhood development and family wellness. Activities, pacing and tolerance of mild chaos are geared towards kids in the 1-2 year range.

All are welcome. No previous yoga experience required. Class size limited to 8 kid/adult groups.

Practicing yoga as a family cultivates strong bonds and healthy relationship skills that last a lifetime. Plus, it’s fun!Join child/family yoga specialist Cami Codell for a fun, energized monthly family yoga class suitable for ages roughly 3-5 (and their grownups). We’ll sing songs, make silly noises, breathe, and learn toddler-friendly yoga poses. Then you can snuggle up together with a favorite stuffy for a cozy relaxation.

Don’t know what to do if a pregnant person comes into your yoga class? Are you curious about working more with this population? Join perinatal yoga experts and yoga therapists Kristen Simons (LCPC, PMH-C), Dana Podell (DPT), and Cami Codell, in this workshop to better understand how to safely modify a yoga class for pregnant students. You will learn basic prenatal anatomy, safety considerations, pregnancy-friendly asana and pranayama for each trimester. Leave feeling confident in your ability to safely welcome any pregnant student into your next yoga class. Minimum requirements: 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate. 2 Yoga Alliance CEU credits available.​​

Find peace, strength, and support through all stages of pregnancy in a welcoming group of expectant parents.
Guided by perinatal yoga specialist Cami Codell, you will learn how to safely stretch, strengthen, & support your changing body, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques to help you navigate pregnancy and prepare for birth with confidence and ease. All trimesters welcome. No previous yoga experience required.
