Cami Codell, E-RYT became a certified Kripalu yoga teacher in 2017 and specializes in trauma-informed therapeutic yoga for pregnancy/postpartum, children/families, and those struggling with disordered eating/body image. She has taught & trained in various settings in North America, Europe, & Asia, including studios, schools, outpatient and residential psychiatric treatment, senior care facilities, and more. Cami’s aim is to lovingly support people’s total well-being using the practice of yoga, starting with our youngest generation.

Baby & Me Yoga

When: Tuesdays,

For ages 6 weeks to 12 months, unless your baby is an active walker, which is not recommended for this class. All parents are welcome. Class will be inclusive to all birth and parenting choices.

Gentle yoga classes feature an exploration of mindfully-paced movement, breathing, and relaxation. These classes gently develop strength and length in the body and allow the student to connect with the breath, quiet the mind, and find a deep sense of calm. Restorative Yoga

Settle in for the night with this slow, stretchy restorative yoga practice. Appropriate for all ages, levels and abilities. Two blocks, a bolster, and a blanket are highly recommended.

Morning Flow

When: Thursdays,

This class features a new sequence of dynamic movement and yoga forms each week. The pattern is first taught slowly, then repeated as a flow (synchronized movement with the breath). This style of flowing practice emphasizes fluid and expressive movement at your tempo, rather than "keeping up" with a set pace.

We’ll start with a gentle 30-minute pre/postnatal yoga class led by perinatal yoga teacher Cami Codell. Don’t know what to do if a pregnant person comes into your yoga class? Are you curious about working more with this population? Join perinatal yoga experts and yoga therapists Kristen Simons (LCPC, PMH-C), Dana Podell (DPT), and Cami Codell, in this workshop to better understand how to safely modify a yoga class for pregnant students. You will learn basic prenatal anatomy, safety considerations, pregnancy-friendly asana and pranayama for each trimester. Leave feeling confident in your ability to safely welcome any pregnant student into your next yoga class. Minimum requirements: 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate. 2 Yoga Alliance CEU credits available.​​
